The full timescales for completing your sale and/or purchase is reliant on many factors but typically takes 8 to 12 weeks though if you are buying a new build property timescales can vary depending on the development. We will do whatever we can to make sure your property transaction remains on track. Please let us know if you have any special requests in relation to timescales and we will do all we can to achieve your required date. You will no doubt appreciate there are factors outside of our control which can impact on timescales and we will do our best to support you.

|Reports on factors which may affect your enjoyment of your new home known as searches. These generally comprise of Local Authority, Environmental, Drainage and Land Registry searches. The cost of searches vary between different geographical areas and risks.||Typically around £300|
|Chancel indemnity insurance - this is an optional insurance to protect you from any claims by local churches against homeowners for any repairs to the church.||£10|
